Key Core Products
The heat treatment workshop of Shandong Zhongzheng Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. comprises one quenching and tempering line and two box-type furnace tempering lines (6-meter and 12-meter), with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons. The newly constructed heat treatment lines include both continuous and batch-type systems, capable of performing quenching, normalizing, and tempering processes on steel pipes.
The continuous heat‑treatment line employs a step‑type heating furnace and a semi‑immersion quenching process, meeting the heat‑treatment requirements of various wall thicknesses. The finishing line is equipped with a straightening machine and nondestructive testing equipment, including a hydraulic press, an ultrasonic flaw detector, and length‑measuring and packaging systems. In conjunction with the batch‑type heat‑treatment line, it can produce steel pipes in a wide range of batch sizes as well as certain round bars. Supported by an MES production management system, data‑analysis and material‑tracking systems, and a physicochemical testing laboratory, the facility ensures product quality and traceability, satisfying the production and quality requirements for diverse steel pipe grades.

Continuous heat‑treatment lines are primarily used to produce products in relatively large batches, operating continuously around the clock. Product specifications range from Φ60–325 × 4–70 and 351–377 × 4–40, with lengths of 6–12 meters. The product portfolio includes high‑pressure boiler tubes (GB 5310), hydraulic support tubes (GB/T 17396), seamless steel pipes for petrochemical and chemical equipment (GB/T 9948), oil casing pipes (API 5CT), linepipes (API 5L), as well as other specialized pipe grades.
The batch-type heat treatment line can process steel pipes with dimensions ranging from 60 to 720 × 10 to 100, up to a maximum length of 12.5 meters, as well as certain specially shaped workpieces.
